Phase One
This phase in ongoing. The Hotel has been stabilized, reinforced and is now structurally sound. Stay tuned to see our progress now that we have secured our Building Permit!!
Phase Two
2027 will be the year that the historic Hotel opens its doors to the public with access to the main floor. The main floor will feature our family-friendly restaurant, an open-concept lounge and a cobblestone patio, where you can relax, unwind and enjoy a meal from our state-of-the-art kitchen.
Phase Three
The upper floor will have professional office suites for lease. A dedicated museum and art gallery space will be established on the second floor, keeping the community's rich memories alive and inviting visitors to learn about Irricana's storied past.
