The Hotel Irricana has stood empty and derelict for over two decades, suffering structural degradation, a sagging foundation and crumbling exterior. Rather than allowing this century-old asset to face demolition, the owner has committed to a comprehensive restoration project. This redevelopment will transform a local landmark back into a proud centerpiece of town, honoring Alberta's rural history.
